1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern the use of the Dramo Club website and services available at https://www.dramo.club.

By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Some content may be restricted to users aged 18 or older.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information during registration.

3. Account Registration

Users may access the Service through guest mode or by creating an account using Google Sign‑In or email.

Each Google account or email may create only one Dramo Club account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis and automatically renew unless canceled.

Users may cancel subscriptions through account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Payments may be processed by third‑party payment providers.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Content may be owned by Dramo Club or licensed from third parties. Localization such as translation or dubbing may be owned by Dramo Club.

Users may not copy, distribute, record, or download content from the Service.

6. User Conduct

Users may not:

- attempt to disrupt the Service

- gain unauthorized access

- bypass security protections

- use automated bots

- use the Service illegally

7. Ratings

Users may rate content. Only average ratings are displayed publicly. Dramo Club may remove fraudulent ratings.

8. Suspension and Termination

Accounts violating these Terms may be suspended or terminated. Access to subscriptions may be lost without refund.

9. Service Availability

The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Dramo Club does not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

Dramo Club is not liable for indirect damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for subscriptions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted on the website with an updated date.
